FSR0012 - Aerium Presents Avalon 62 - Alphanumeric Remixed

After a short break we are back with this incredible release on Future State Records. The original artist album was released in 2008, a superb journey through ambient, trance and progressive, receiving great support and feedback.
This new release has 10 remixes of tracks from the original album by both established and emerging artists including Kamil Polner, Mike Mikhjian, Liam Melly, Osip, Oliver Carr, Experiential and a couple of from Aerium himself. The release is currently in the hands of all the top DJs so keep an eye on the playlists. The release date is to be announced soon.
FSR0011 - Elycion - Clayborn - Available at all good download sites!

Our fantastic 11th release Clayborn by Elycion is out and available at all good download sites.
We picked up some great support for the release including Markus Schulz who played the Poonyk & Oxide remix on the Global DJ Broadcast. We also got support from Ernesto vs Bastian, Anhken, Che Armstrong, Paul Nova, John Wright and many more.
FSR0010 - Nervous Testpilot - Imaginary Cities

Imaginary Cities is our first release of 2009 and sees a full release on the 31st of January. The original is an uplifting progressive trancer and we have 3 remixes in the package.
Our remixers for this release are some of the rising stars of the trance world and have delivered three fantastic remixes for us. Suncatcher, ReOrder and Paul Allen have created epic, uplifting and driving tech remixes of the original.

FSR0010 - Future Two - Various Artists

This will be a sampler of 6 tracks with some fantastic tracks across a variety of styles of trance. Tracklist to follow soon, but expect tracks from Andy Tau, Aerium, Poonyk and Oxide and Ruslan B amongst others. We will be releasing this exclusively at cdjshop initially and rolling it out across our other partners a few weeks later. We’ll keep you posted with more info as it comes.
FSR0009 - Andy Tau vs Liam Melly - Drag It Out

This one came out of the blue. A collaboration between myself and Liam, we started on it a few months back and finally got round to finishing it recently. My Mix is a clean, riff driven trance track and Liam’s is a dirty, drum driven tech trance track with a massive finish.
The track will be available exclusively at cdjshop from this weekend, and will be released at our other distributors in another few weeks. Check it out!

Thanks to the release of the fantastic artist album Alphanumeric and the release of the single Another Dream we’ve rocketed up to 17th in the labels chart on www.cdjshop.com. We will be releasing the rest of our catalogue on cd at this site over the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out for them as well!

Up next on Future State Records is one of our most exciting releases to date. From Dutch producer Avalon 62, aka Aerium, Leander Rispens has weaved a stunning journey through trance in it’s purest form. This 10 track album has everything you want from contemporary trance; elegant and uplifting melodies, slick driving beats and silky production.
We kick off the album with Intro, Soundeffects, a chilled out intro that sets the scene, before jumping straight into an uplifting trance track, Sol, with compelling melodies and a solid bassline that drives the track energetically.
Fantasia Landscapes is one of the highlights of the album, great production and beautifully uplifting, this track is utterly compelling. Next up is Mar, another lovely trance track which subtly binds together many layers of melody to create a soundscape that is underpinned by another solid beat and bassline.
For Those Who Cared brings back memories of earlier trance with its lush saws and long evolving chords, without a doubt another highlight of the album.
Through Shards of Open Fields slows the pace down a bit into a chilled out, trance influenced ambient track, once again using multiple layers of melody and a well constructed beat to great effect.
A remix of British producer Macker’s track Eternity, this is a lovely chilled out trance track that evolves over the top of subtle arpeggios and crisp percussion, with a beautiful breakdown in the middle to tie the track together.
Cloudrunner brings the pace of the album back up, a tech trance influenced monster, this is another high point in the album, solid beats and a deep pulsing bassline are sure to rock dance floors.
Carrying on into the more driving side of trance is High on Wind, High on Waves, another energy packed tech trance influenced track, this one with an excellent vocodered vocal that gives the track a unique touch.
Finally the album winds down with another ambient track, Outro Music, that ends the album perfectly. Overall a well thought out, superbly constructed album that weaves through all of the best elements that trance has to offer, always exciting and great either as a whole album, or as individual tracks played out on the dance floor.
